SERVICE DISCLAIMER
At ROUHI, we are dedicated to delivering a safe, authentic, and enjoyable henna experience. By using our services, you agree to hold ROUHI harmless from any liability arising from allergic reactions, skin irritation, or dissatisfaction with the design.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at our sole discretion. Please check this site regularly. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the site and are not responsible for errors or omissions.
LIABILITY
By booking a session with ROUHI, you acknowledge and accept that while we use only safe, organic ingredients, we are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages during or after your session. Uniform stain results cannot be guaranteed due to water exposure, exfoliation, use of products, stress, temperature, or activity levels. Aftercare guidance will be provided. We are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to persons or property. Services are undertaken at your own risk.
Allergies & Skin Conditions
We use 100% organic, body-art quality henna. Individual reactions may vary. Patch tests are recommended for sensitive skin, eczema, or special mixes. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should opt for a pure lavender henna mix. If you experience any discomfort or allergic reaction, contact us immediately.
Service Limitations
We do not create designs that may be culturally or religiously offensive. Services are provided exclusively for female clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. This includes cases of inappropriate behaviour, unsafe conditions, or suspected breach of terms.
Force Majeure
ROUHI is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain issues. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of service disruptions.
Products & Online Shop
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may change without notice. Product availability may vary due to popularity or supply interruptions, and only selected items may be available online.
Processing & Collection
Allow 1-3 working days for order processing and packaging. There is no mailing on the Eve of Public Holidays or Public Holidays. For urgent orders or self-collection, please contact us to confirm your order and collection time.
Modifications to Service & Prices
ROUHI reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
Product Images & Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, natural variation, or screen differences.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.
Delivery & Redelivery
ROUHI is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional charges apply for redelivery requests.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All designs are the artist’s intellectual property. By booking, you grant ROUHI permission to photograph or record designs for promotional use. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any other content associated with ROUHI — including text, graphics, logos, and images — without prior written permission.
