Before Making Your Booking
Please read the important information below before booking. Need clarification before booking, or a quote for custom designs or events? Contact us, or view our services to see what we offer.

We use 100% organic, body-art-quality henna. Results vary by skin and aftercare.
Please disclose any allergies or skin conditions. Patch tests or trials are available, ideally 6 weeks before. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should opt for our lavender blend.
ROUHI is not liable for reactions or results due to non-disclosure or improper aftercare.
Booking Information
Booking & Confirmation
A $50 deposit secures your slot — non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balance due one day before your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is made.
After booking, you’ll receive your invoice and the Full Guidelines & Terms (sent via WhatsApp to the number provided).
Location, Travel & Surcharges
Bridal and bespoke sessions are available at our home studio (Jalan Tenaga) or for house visits. Henna parties are house visits only.
• Transport fees are included unless otherwise stated
• Services after 10PM or that run past 11PM incur a $40 surcharge
• Additional fees apply for areas outside the normal service zone (e.g., Sentosa)
Policies
Punctuality
Please be on time. A $30 waiting fee for each 15-min block after a 15-min grace period applies. After 30 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled.
rescheduling
Reschedules are allowed up to 1 month before your appointment. Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Refunds
No refunds once services are rendered. In the rare event that we cancel, a replacement artist will be arranged.

Exfoliate 24-48 hours before your session. Skin should be clean, dry, and free of any lotion or oil. If you’re waxing, getting a massage, or mani-pedi — do those first. Wear loose, comfy clothes that won’t brush against your design.
